Congrats and welcome. Things I would ask the dealer for are , water regulator, water hoses, sewer hose and fittings, if they are not included buy them before you leave for the trip home. In your case and where you are going I would have a a couple of jugs of RV antifreeze on hand. There are lots of youtube videos on how to winterize and during the PDI find out where the water pump is and look for the antifreeze tube that is connected to the pump for quick winterizing and in my experience that hose is too short to go into the jug so ask them to install an extension piece. ( I have found with dealers if you don`t ask you don`t get).
Make sure you go to the Thor Resource website for all of the manuals relevant to your coach and I downloaded them all to a flash drive (its better than 4 pounds of printed information) but there should be a Thor Info Package with your coach.
