I use 3 pieces of PVC and two 90 degree elbows to put oil when changing oil. The offset allows wife to hold pvc/funnel while I dump oil in.
For adding oil on road or in between oil changes I have a gear oil bottle nozzle to put oil straight down dipstick tube. It also doubles for adding/filling internal and trailer generator.
Pulling desk to add oil is a lot of extra work.
