What they don't say, is it will only charge lithium 85-90%. The only true way to get a full charge is to get a lithium compatible charger.
As someone said, there's a plethora of info on the subject here. Most good, some can be misleading or easily misunderstood. When in doubt, call the manufacturer and compile notes.
