'Solar Ready' Not Getting Power at Controller

I have a 22FE that is 'wired' for Solar Ready with Go Power inputs on the roof and a GP-PWM-10-SQ Controller.

Initially when I connected a 100W panel to the roof I got NO indication of charging or connection at the controller. Today, I opened the compartment behind my inverter and noticed the ground line from the panel on the roof was sitting there, not grounded...cut/stripped short in one of the wiring bundles. I grounded it, for fun, and the controller started flashing the panel and the LED. This is indicative of weak or no power reaching the controller. Given the ground line was not connected, I am assuming the hot line is not spliced or not connected somewhere. Problem is I've traced it from the roof and the controller and can't find any splice sections.

All power from the panel is great.

Camping World wants to keep it for 2+ weeks to investigate.

Any ideas?
