My coach is stored indoors. It is not climate controlled but free of sunlight, water, dirt, snow or ice.

I have it registered in PA so it has to get an annual state inspection. If the tires are looking good all the way around and they pass inspection at 6 years, I may keep them another year but I doubt I would go past 7 years.

It would also depend on whether I was doing any long haul trips at the 6 year mark or just doing short trips. If we were doing any long haul trips, I would likely replace them for peace of mind even if they passed inspection.
