Polish/Scratch removal

I have a Miramar that has full body paint. There are some light scratches on the side where I brushed against a tree limb and I’d like to try to polish it out. What would you suggest I use? Do I use a marine/ fiberglass or a auto type polish? These are on the side of the MotorHome not the front or rear cab. While we are at it would you use something different on the front and rear cab? Thank you. Any input is appreciated.
