We have a 2015 Thor Vegas 24.1 RV. My husband had to replace the batteries under the entry steps. When he removed the old batteries there was a "wire or some kind of connecting thing " hanging. After he put in the new batteries he could not find this wire. He took to an RV place told them the backup camera etc was not working and told them about the "wire". They could not find the wire either nor could they fix the backup camera. He has called ALOT of RV maintenance places and they are booked up, out of business or don't work on that. We are planning a trip the end of August and really need to get this fixed. We live in Harpers Ferry, WV. Any ideas? Of help? Suggestions?
