We are in the Tetons now and just came from Yellowstone. It doesn't sound like this story will have a good outcome.

The guy and his van are located about an hour north of our home in Florida. Since he hired and attorney and isn't talking, that's all you need to know about the outcome.

I just hope they can find her for her family's sake. This is the second tragic story we have heard on our travel route.

When we were in Glacier NP recently, a young girl in her 30's from Virginia went to Glacier on her own. She decided to hike on her own up in the Logans Pass area, not the safest place to be hiking by yourself. She also went missing on August 30th. They found her a week later in very steep and rugged terrain below trail.

No one should be out hiking alone in many of these places between the dangerous terrain, bears, etc. They said this girl was an experienced hiker..... but stuff happens and the most experienced hiker can get into trouble alone.
