You probably have a yellow threaded oil cap with a short integrated dipstick.

Be sure your RV is level. Run the engine until warm. Shut off and wait about 15 minutes. Thor does not require the dipstick to be threaded in when checking the oil.

If the oil isn't between the full and add marks, either drain or add oil. If there is NO OIL showing on the dipstick at all - it is LOW.

I suggest NOT trusting a dealer with checking oil level... DO IT YOURSELF... then you KNOW it's correct.
