So how is your microwave plug? I would think it violate some electrical code if any receptacle could not handle at least 15 amps. Did you by any chance use an extension cord on the 1500 watt heater that plugged into the receptacle?
I ask because I actually have two 1500 watt heaters
. I normally on use both of them when it is freezing and I have shorepower because the energy is free or already paid for. If my furnace is on, one 1500 watt is all I need
