Hello everyone. this is my first post on this forum. My husband and I are considering purchasing an Axis or Vegas 24.1
We currently own a 2000 Xplorer Class B Van with a Dodge Engine.
Although I have been following RV forums for years I cannot quite understand all of the towing and weight requirements.
We have a Ranger Bass Boat
https://www.rangerboats.com/models.cfm?mid=7333&gid=29 and if I am reading this link correctly the boat weighs 1,925 and the trailer 5,000. I know that the hitch weight on the 2016 24.1 is 8,000 pounds.
Would we be able to tow our boat safely and without problems with one of these RUV's?
