+1 for leaving fridge on while driving -
When we had a propane refrigerator I would turn it on the night before a trip and off when we returned home. Didn't not use much propane and kept things nice and cold... If we were on shore power it would run on electric.
+ 1 for staying away from NJ - All due respect, nice people but crazy state with lots of rules and lots of people...
