He suggested on the tire pressure extenders, just finger tight, and then 1/2 turn more to secure. It was alot easier with wheel off the RV. He also used a torque wrench in tightening the wheel lug nuts. Wow, a mechanic that actually uses an old fashioned torque wrench.

All holding 82 PSI.. Ready for my adventures next week in Huntington Beach, SC.

Glad you’re fixed up. But don’t be surprised if they start to leak again. Valve extenders are notoriously unreliable. In the meantime I hope you’ll consider a good TPMS. I use the TireMinder i10 and it works a treat. So accurate that I hardly ever check with a gauge anymore. If (when, maybe!) you give up on the extenders a more bulletproof solution is actual dually valves. Cost more but mine have never disappointed. Enjoy your travels.
