Early Ford F53 chassis rated at 22,000 lbs and under came with 6x19.5 rims. Later coaches came with 6.75x19.5 inch rims. The 225/70-19.5 tires go with the narrow rims and the 245/70-19.5 tires go with the wider rims. If the wider tires are used on the narrow rims, the dual rear tires will rub against each other and soon overheat and blow out.
