Are we talking about ST tires?

Because of the same maximum load/ loadindex for L, M and N speedrated I suspect that.
If ST, they are all given maxload for 65mph,
Maximum load is related to speedcode, and mostly, the referencespeed, for wich the maxload is calculated, is the same as max allowed speed to speedcode.
But not always.
P-tires are given maxload for 99mph( 160kmph), for speedcode Q ( max 99mph) up to V( 149mph)
Then for higher speed the referencepressure has to be highened up.

If ST in fact the referencepressure ( 80psi for E-load) should be highened up to, if you use maxspeed of fi 75mph belonging to L speedcode.
