I have seen two coaches going down the highway with the external chords swinging in the wind. Not a good idea. I saw one in a camp site with a third AC. I asked and the installer put conduit on the roof and then down through the walls to the rear into a connector box. They plug in the power post in the 20A socket using an extension cord. Most do not have extra room in the breaker box for another breaker. It worked well.
