I cannot understand why you think you "blew a breaker" when you can't find it. What has no power, everything DC? If you shorted a battery, that is the source of your power, nothing downstream should 'blow', unless the two 40A (?) fuses in the DC fuse side of you breaker box blew.... But that just disables the converter from connecting, you should still have DC... so I am confused.
