New issue with jacks

Originally we had the tripping issue previosly dscuseed on this forum. The relay would trip on run out of the jack instead of giving unsuccessful message.

Thor finally replaced the pump. However, we have a new issue. The problems seems to be when the rear is low. In summary, the driver side jack will start to left (extend) but then stop. I have put multiple blocks underneath the jack; therefore, it is not a height (extension) issue. If I had to guess, it seems to be a weight issue. The pump appears to raise the coach up in short increments; however, as the weight is transferred from the wheels to the jack, the jack stops extending. As a second issue the rear passenger Jack appears to be raising off the ground at the same time.

Could there be a problem with the pump that is raising one jack while trying to extend another?
