I have an ACE 29.4 that the step has quit working on also. My awning works - but it's at the shop for warranty coverage. The service writer asked if I'd checked the fuse - I told him I didn't know where it was. The manual shows it inline but it's not visible from underneat - at least where I could get to it. I didn't feel so bad when he said he didn't know either. I'll post again if it's other than a fuse......
