Keep in mind there are legal issues involved with vehicle weights. I imagine when Thor provided you with the UVW they also suggested getting the coach weighted.
Again, get the coach weighted. Only the scales know for sure.

What he said, ours with full propane and fuel plus two weeks of supplies was 12,440#. That was with one person in the coach and maybe 10 gallons of water also.
Best to load the coach then weigh it and you will know where you are really at.
