Kev,
The Hurricane and Windsport are 'cousins' - like the Axis and Vegas...

I'm happy with my 2014 Hurricane (32A). It's finding a specific floorplan that works for your needs as with any size/brand/model.

The significant difference (aside from size) when going to the Windsport/Hurricane is that you have an option of 50A on at least some models - typically adds a second AC unit when selected. I would recommend it - especially in FL - you are trying to cool a much larger area. Aside of a FL summer, I typically only use one - but nice to have the second when needed.

50A isn't just a 20A difference from 30A... RV 30 amp service is ONE leg of 110 at 30 amps.... RV 50 amp service is TWO legs of 110 at 50 amps or 100 amps total (when plugged into a fully configured pedestal). Why the cord is MUCH larger/heavier/expensive.
