The roof on Thor coaches is made from a material called TPO which is a thermoplastic and very tough! Routine cleaning with soap, water, and a soft brush is about all you really need to do. Check the caulking about every six months. The paint and decals just need routine washing and waxing. After a good first waxing you can use equal parts McQuires Gold and Turtle Wax Wash n Wax mixed in water to wash the coach, really keeps it shining. I lived in Florence, SC for 12 years, know how bad it can get, and if you think SC is bad try Texas!!! Hope this helps.

Go to the Class A mods section and read the threads on Jerry's Hurricane mods, applies to any 29M. Lots and lots of great ideas from several 29M owners. We used to go to Myrtle Beach and stay at Apache in the winter, rates are really cheap then. Hope you enjoy your coach!!!
