Thing is, there is a lot of competition in this category (< 30ft class As)... have you looked at similar coaches from the other brands?
For example... last fall at the Hershey RV show, I saw a Newmar 2707 for about the same price.
I'm gonna guess 8~10MPG, depending on your driving habits and how much stuff you fill the coach with.
