It was really soon after buying...maybe the following day...well I did my PDI on a Saturday, stayed the 1st night in it Saturday night.... so I would have known by Sunday....it was probably Monday when i called.
I just called them and told them the battery was bad. made an appointment.

If they won't test them, I'd suggest going to a batteries plus store, or any autoparts store, and asking them to put their tester on them. Then at least you'd have something to base the claim on.

But, I'm sad to say, the problem I see in your case is the 2 months.
It only takes 1 time drawing them down to near zero to hurt a battery. Two to three times and they are basically dead for good.
So who's to say you didn't draw them down to 30% a few times....or draw them down to zero a couple times.....
