12.25v isn't fully charged, but should be enough to function.
Need someone more familiar with the Freedom Elite to point to the use/store solenoid, and BCC or equivalent on that rig.
Need to continue to follow the path checking voltage along the way to see what is failing.
Are you still under warranty?
