heat duct collapse

I have a 2015 38gk redwood 5th wheel. Almost all the heat from the furnace goes directly to the bedroom and bathroom. Very little heat goes to the living room/kitchen. I ran a scope camera through the duct from the end of the island back towards the furnace. I discovered the duct is collapsed just about at the steps. Could someone recommend the best or easiest way to access this duct so it can be repaired?

I had this same situation on our Miramar, the factory installed the cabinets right on top of the duct work cutting off almost all heat flow and forcing into the bathroom. Bottom line is that I cut the ducts on both sides of where they were crushed. I then installed a plastic pipe ( new sewer connection fit) and hose clamped both ends together to complete the flow. There was more than enough duct to stretch out and make this connection. I just rerouted the new setup. Works great now.

Thanks for that interesting solution but, the first problem is how to get to the duct. I don't see any feasible way of doing that without some major cutting somewhere. I am hoping someone has an easier way to access the problem.
