Thor Vegas Televison
Does anyone know how to remove the television over the door in a 2016 Vegas 25.2?

If it is like mine, there are two nylon straps on the bottom you pull that will release the TV. You may have to look with a light to see them tucked in behind the TV and mess of wires etc. and may need a wire hook to reach them. One person can take it down, but two pair of hands work better.

In my 2016 24.1 it is similar, except there are no straps, you have to reach under the set and pull back on the two black releases and then lift up the TV. Best to have someone with you to unhook the cables so you can take it completely off or attach more cables if you need to. I can reach the HDMI ports on the left side of the TV (when looking at it from the front) without taking the TV off.

On the older ones there is a piece of trim you pull off to get access to the TV mount to flip the levers to remove the TV. (The older Axis/Vegas units have a smaller TV above the door.)

Right Jamie.. My 2014 had the trim and the smaller TV, but my 2016 with the larger TV does not have the trim.

Thor TV
Thanks for the help. Sounds like mine has the straps since it is a 2016 and doesn't have the frame. Just a mate of fishing out the straps.

In my 2016 Axis they are black levers (2) that pull up and release the lock so you can lift the TV up and out. Have someone with you to disconnect the cables. You have to reach your hand up into the space between the wall and the TV to find them. ,
