Cable Wifi Hotspots
We were in Omaha, Nebraska on the weekend of May 4th and was surprised that I was able to login to a cable WiFi Hotspot using my Cable subscriber (Optimum).
When I got home (Long Island, NY) I went to my cable website:

If you have Optimum Online, you can use Optimum WiFi hotspots. For free.
If you subscribe to any of the following internet service providers, click below for instructions on how to connect to an Optimum WiFi hotspot.
Spectrum Cable Internet
Comcast Xfinity
Brighthouse Internet
Cox Cable
This saved me data on my Mobile Hotspot.
So check with your home internet subscriber to see if they also have agreement with other internet providers.
