The "message function"? You mean the customer service page:

You could always write something, e-mail the dealer, your wife, etc. and then copy paste the text into the Thor form.
Thor has always responded to me within 48 hours or so whenever I've filled in an inquiry using that form--not simply an automated reply but a real person with a real e-mail. It has always been a different person, however, depending on my question. The last one I've sent actually has a couple of e-mails on it as it was forwarded to someone who also replied.
