Question Axis 24.1 water heater

The Atwood is heating the water just fine (I am operating on shore power), but I am smelling an "overheat" smell kind of like an overheated radiator. I opening the outside panel and there were no wires overheating. Any ideas here? btw, it is a 2014
If there has been a previous thread, please let me know.

On other posts electrical problems often occur at a junction point sometimes under bed in rear slide-out types. If these connections are burning you would smell it. Your question makes me wonder if transfer device that controls electricity may be near bathroom or heater. The item i'm thinking of changes when you change from shore to batteries. There are schematics on repair forum that would help you find where this is

I would check all your electrial connections ASAP. At the water heater, Furnaces, Fuse panel, etc. Tighten everything you can put a screw driver on (turn your power off first.... up plug RV from shore power.

Look for any connections with the twist on wire nuts. They are prone to burn.
