Jack reluctant to retract

Hi folks,
On my HWH hydraulic jack system, one front jack has become slow to retract. Today I had to get a shovel under it to get it started retracting. The coach is older, a 2004. Could it be time for a hydraulic system flush? Or is there something I could spray on the exposed ram to lube the seal and let it retract more easily? I'm getting ready for a three month trip away from home and don't want to get stuck out and away from help.
Any suggestions appreciated.

When I first got my HWH levelers, one wouldn't retract. The dealer put it up on the rack and adjusted something.

You should be spraying lube on the tubes at least once per month. It keeps them working quite well. I wipe them down with a clean rag and use CRC Silicone spray.
