Suppose you want to sell something that is expensive and you want to get top dollar. So instead of correcting this issue and cleaning and replacing any problems physical or mechanical you simply advertise it to sell. Makes you look sloppy and untrustworthy don't it? Pass on this and find another. If they didn't care enough to fix it before they showed it to you then you should not care enough to give them your money.

Since you are in Texas have you tried Motor Home Specialist in Alvarado. They carry Thor products along with a lot of other brands. I have not purchased from them, but came close to going there to purchase, found what we were looking for at the same price, so bought closer to home. I do know they have pretty good pics of all their rigs on their web site, and are willing to do face time walk throughs if you want to see how the unit is with an actual person of roughly your size sitting in the driver seat or anywhere else in the unit.

Crawl under the RV and check anything metal. Also, anywhere inside that you can get access to check for metal corrosion. Texas has had a lot of flooding. The hurricane hit about August 2017. That was my first thought when I started reading this post. I lost a 67 Corvette when I found out they don't float. (But not in Texas)

Anybody know when the 2018's started showing up on the lot?
