Got check today to refund me for alignment. Took rv to cw in Chattanooga my home to have cracked windshield replaced. Got it back yesterday. No charge. They even cleaned it inside and out. I bought it in Charleston SC because they gave best price. What a great week. Headed for Florida next week.

Thor did not pay mine, but, I did not get prior permission. I had the unit in for an oil change at a Ford truck dealership and had the alignment done without talking to Thor first. It was out of alignment and to drive back again would have been a considerable cost in both time and fuel so I had it done and sent the invoiced in to Thor. They refused payment.
