Thor ACE 30.2 bathroom door adjustment
My door is hanging down and needs to be rotated to close properly. It has one long hinge down the length of the door. How do I make the adjustment?

That's called a "piano hinge" and tough to adjust as the new holes will be very close to the old ones. Can you post a picture showing the profile of where the gaps, etc. are?

I’ll post a pic when I get back to the camper. It’s classic door sag where you have to lift up on the knob to get the top of the door to fit into the doorframe.

The door sags classically as an old door would. You have to lift up on the knob to get it to fit the doorframe at the top.

Can you put shims under the hinge?

I can’t seem to post a pic using the app but...I discovered that the entire frame or molding to which the hinge is attached is loose. That’s what’s causing the sag. Can I drive a nail through the frame?

The problem being what are you nailing into? The framing pieces in RVs are small and thin. Screws will hold better than nails. But be sure there is something behind what your screwing into. Lots of dead space behind these panels. Construction adhesives are a way to go as well.

Looks like I'm stuck. Unless someone has had and resolved this problem I have no way of knowing what is behind the wall. At this rate the door is disintegrating a the top where it rubs. I'll be using curtains after that.
It's hard to believe I am the only one having this problem.

If I understand right, you want to move the hinge to the opposite side if the door opening. There should be enough material to screw the piano hinge into this.

Gently take the frame apart and see what you're dealing with...them plan your fix. It's mostly stapled together so a thin screwdriver or firm, thin putty knife will work. I would imagine there's enough material behind there to run a small screw into it. Just don't use deck screws and an 18V drill.
Again...post a picture or two from your PC of the problem area...it makes it easier for someone to help and advise. What did Thor Customer Service tell you?

Here's a little video I made. It's all I have and the camper is elsewhere.

Assuming the hinge has little screws, remove all of them, setting the door aside and secure door framing to backing material with small wood screws. You may need to place shims behind the framing to make it more solid. I think you can do this...you pretty handy with basic woodworking skills? Once you remove that hinge side of the framing it should become obvious what needs to be done. If not, remove the framing and send us more pictures...we'll get you fixed up!!
