HDMI Connections - 2017 Axis 25.2
Connected the hdmi cable in the bedroom overhead cabinet and also to the hdmi cable in the kitchen cabinet to watch a movie. No luck, just blue screen and NO SIGNAL message on both. I tried selecting all sources. The Seiki televisions displayed the DVD fine when using analog connections. I expected to connect the hdmi cable to the DVD hdmi output on the DVD player and watch. Am I doing something wrong? Am I not doing something I should? This is on our 2017 Axis 25.2.

HDMI Connections - 2017 Axis 25.2
Found one culprit - the hdmi cable to the living area tv was loose and bent at about 45 degrees. It came apart when I touched it. Pins are bent back on themselves in a couple of places. How to replace? Drilll a new hole? No slack in cabinet connection. It seems to be fixed somewhere in the wall. Any clues?

Wonderdog has an Axis so the cable run is more likely to be about 4' since he is talking about the TV in the living area.

Ouch, that could get ugly. Does it route across the coach or the length of the coach...how long of a cable? If it was loose...so that you could pull it you can tape a long enough HDMI to it and pull a new one thru.

On the Windsort the cabinet AV cabinet is on driver side TV is on passenger side is was much easier to run it in wire molding on ceiling above front bunk don't see it when bunk is up and we never lower it as it is only 2 of us

I did consider a new cable tied to the end of the old one and pulling it through. That's when I discovered it had no slack and is fixed somewhere. You're correct JG, that the cable is about 4 feet long. Perhaps if 5 feet this would have been avoided.
The tv in the bedroom won't play DVD through the hdmi cable either. I expect to find the same condition when I remove that tv from the wall. Maybe I'll wait until I get home, maybe not. It's cloudy and rainy in the UP right now so maybe...
I sure do like Michigan!

On another forum that I follow someone had same issue with HDMI cables instead of running new ones to main and BR TV they were replaced with Bluetooth HDMI connectors

Why would YOU replace it? Isn't your coach under warranty?

Nope. Expired yesterday. I'm going to start looking at these things as an opportunity to learn about my coach, make it better, increase my patience and/or test it's limits.
I love Michigan. 64 degrees here, 93 at home.

Wonderdog,
Weather Channel says it's 92 in Georgia and feels like 100. I sure could do with some of that 64 right now!
Sounds like you are working, but loving every minute. Enjoy!

Not working at all! Retired. Left Florida simply to escape the August heat and humidity. I've never seen so many popup campers as here and none of them have a/c.
Haven't turned on our a/c since arriving. It's wonderful to have that sucker off and the windows open.
