Question Rubber Slide Gasket

What do you use on rubber gasket around slide outs? Do you just clean or some type of a product you put on them?

Thank You

This is what I've been using. Little expensive but seems to do a good job protecting the seals.

Just about any kind of rubber dressing will work, look for something with uv protectant in it. Auto parts store will have selection of products for tires, again, look for uv.
