Sound recognition app?

Some days I really wished there was an app on my iphone that could recognize sounds and tell me what's wrong. They do it with music after all. And some of what they sell for music now a days sounds a lot like what's wrong with my car or cycle.

Absent that I've got an odd sound that started on my way home from picking up my RV. At slow speeds i get a rubber to rubber rubbing sound coming from the right rear wheel well. Sounds a lot like walking on newly waxed floors with clean rubber soled shoes.

Starts when I start moving, gets louder and more frequent as I get to 20mph, changes sound between 20-40 and then goes away (or i cant hear it) at freeway speeds.

I already pulled the wheel covers off the rear wheels on both sides. They were causing their own sounds.

This didn't occur between the dealers parking lot and the freeway, but showed up after i got off the freeway 45 minutes later.

Thoughts????

Does your Gemini have mudflaps? Is one riding on top of the tire?

Yes it does and it's an excellent guess. Same thing the service center thought when I called. But they aren't rubbing. I checked both sides and there's 2 inches room between them and tires.

Repair center says a wiring harness was rubbing. I crawled around under it yesterday and didn't see it, but if they fixed it, cool.
