What toilet do we have?

We are looking to replace the toilet seat with a more home style seat but how can I tell what one we have? The bottom feels like plastic and top half is ceramic with a plastic seat. This one does not have all the flushing holes all around the top but has something like a spray bar on the back side that has 5 spray points.

Don't know which you have, we have an inexpensive thetford, that is working ok. I wouldn't spend a penny repairing it. If anything fails on it, I will have an upgraded replacement installed. As long as it works ok, it stays, but.....
