Thanks. I went out and pried them off with the tire iron from my Toyota, and the one popped right off. The holes in the wheels are not much bigger, but I probably get the stem extensions off if needed.
It did raise another problem. A panel in front of the left duals seems to be rubbing on the inside tire at highway speeds. It isn't connected on the inside, so when the air pushes on it, it pushes into the tire. Since it is a new rig, I'll put it all on the list for them to fix in the next week or so.
