as stated, the seat and wheel are adjustable. I am 5' 11" and like to sit high so I can see better. With the seat up high, I have the telescoping steering column as low as it goes to be comfortable. I would worry that your wife would have to have the seat low to reach the pedals and the steering wheel would be uncomfortably high. Some other coaches have pedals that move which would help.

I measured the dinette and between the end cushions is only 60"

We had two Monaco diesel pushers prior to the Aria and I think this one is better in the wind. We travel with some big passers (35') and watch them fight in the wind and we are not having much trouble. Still, I do not like driving in the wind as it is harder on the driver but I think the weight and long wheelbase help.
