Trickle charging 2018 Sprinter 3500 Diesel

I went out to my RV barn yesterday and the RV would not turn over...the battery was dead.

To get to the chassis battery, you have to remove the drivers side floor cover, then remove the battery lid, before you can get to the battery. Picture attached.

Of course once the battery is exposed, you can put a trickle charger on it.

Can you use the jump start points documented in this video??
to attach the trickle charger rather than digging for the battery?? I can't see why not, but I thought I'd run it up the flag pole...
