I can see why you might want to take the 'unknown' out of the RVing equation, and maybe a trip planning service might be worth it to you, but my concern would be that now you would be on a point-to-point, day-to-day planned travel, with little regards to weather, traffic, or other 'unknowns' that often pop up when traveling, or even the 'sight seeing' you didn't know you needed to plan for.
but, just like those who want someone to 'lead' them along the way to Alaska and such, there seems to be a market for them. Go for it if it fits your needs.
