Have had it at a shop and they can't find where the problem is. I know I've hear of this problem on the forum before but we need to leave in a day and need to know how to fix this problem. This happened once before but "senior moments" cannot remember how it was fixed.
the Store switch is connected to a clutch relay. Have the tech replace the relay. you should hear a clunk when you switch the switch from store to use. We had this issue and in the beginning they would just tell me it happens. Well it does happen, I had to show the tech that tapping the relay with a screw driver fixes it temporarily but I have to take the bed apart to tap the relay so replace the damb thing instead of wasting my time at the dealer. GRRRRR. No more issue. Be firm make them replace it.
