Yes my Winegard supports 4G LTE service via sim card from either AT&T or Verizon. I am using AT&T. From what I can tell, this deal is tied to the sim card that comes with the Togo device.
I tried to get a similar deal last year from ATT, and they said the device had to be a tablet. That it would not work with the Winegard.

ATT is asking what vehicle I would be connecting with Sounds like you need Onstar or something similar.
