Update,
We were at Byrd's Branch Campground and talking with one of the other RV'ers about the power cord. His advice was to check the actual plug on the side of the RV. We did and it had a dozen or so cracks in the plastic behind the three leads in the plug.
We called a local RV repair tech, he came over looked at it and agreed it was not suppose to look like that. He removed the plug from the side of the RV and the white wire that was attached to that lead just fell out on the ground...burnt out/off. He cleaned up the wires, tightened the screws as best as possible to get thru the weekend. We checked the ATS (what a headache to get into) and tightened some loose screws. I asked why he did not use lock-tite on the screws, said he was not allowed to.
So, any one know or have any idea why not to put lock-tite on the screws?
I am ordering a new Furrion 30AMP plug in a minute.
