Andy,

First check to make sure your microphone for the radio is connected. Mine was not and was still in the radio parts bag in the Thor black bag. I had to remove the radio to connect the microphone which I then clipped to the dash above the radio.

SAT button on the steering wheel, I guess the question here is when did Ford start putting the radio controls on the chassis steering wheels? Also, the radio does not include a satellite receiver. If desired that would be a separate purchase and installation on your part. I connected in a portable Sirius radio on my coach.
