I don't think I understand what you are asking
I think you are saying that your getting deposits on the ramped bottom of the black tank and it is not dropping into the lower section near the holding tank bay where it drops down. If that is the case you are not using enough water, or you may have to just drive and let it break up with the chemicals. The tank flush I didn't think came with the coach, I had to add one for mine and if it is not aimed correctly, and installed in the same bay, it will not cover the upper part of the black tank.
