Storage of a Class C

Hi Folks...

I am new to Class C RV's... have a 2016 Thor Siesta on a Mercedes Chassis. Bought it for long weekend / week trips here and there.

I am about to put it in storage for (for example) a month or two - so how do you DO IT. By that I mean, I KNOW I will
  1. Shut the propane off at the tank
  2. Switch the battery switch OFF
  3. Empty and flush the black tank
  4. Empty the gray tank
  5. Remove all perishable food stuffs
  6. Open fridge / freezer
But what is it that I probably haven't thought of? How about the water in the fresh water tank - do you empty it before storage?

WHAT ELSE?

Any / all suggestions very welcome.... and thanks in advance for your input!
