The real trick is to find a good dealer. They all have some sort of problems when they arrive at the dealer from the factory. A good dealer will have everything fixed before you get there to pick it up; a bad one will let you find the issues and demand that they fix them.

Thor is pretty good about communicating with owners and taking care of warranty issues, but they do ask that a qualified RV service technician do the repairs (note: doesn't have to be the dealer you purchased from, and in some cases doesn't even have to be an authorized Thor dealer).

The Vegas/Axis units in general are pretty good. The newer ones have some design changes that take care of some of the quirks the early ones had.

Send a PM to bevedfelker and ask for the crowd sourced owners manual he put together for the 24.1...it will answer all of your questions (and some you didn't even know you had).
