This question from page one:

I can't speak to the distance from pin to front axle on the toy haulers, or for that matter, any of the other 3-axle trailers. However, after a question was brought up quite some time back, I had the opportunity to measure those distances on a 44-footer and a 38RSB3 at Rolling Retreats. The 44-footer was 23' 8" from pin to front axle and the 38RSB3 was 32' 11".

Those measurements were taken back on February 23rd.
